Refund policy
Because of the size of our business we do not accept returns or exchanges on most items.
If you ordered the wrong size of an apparel item that is NOT made-to-order you can exchange it for a different size. Return shipping has to be provided by the costumer and the item must arrive in good re-sellable conditions. Once the returned item is received and accepted you will receive an invoice for the price of the new shipping cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
